"I ordered a room with 2 qeen beds but all I got was a room with one bed and a pull out. The staff at breakfast could have been friendlier."

"The pillows were so flat I couldn't sleep.
The artifical cream with my coffee was mildewed.
The towels were terrible
The lock on my door was broken
All the light bulbs were not working
I do a fair bit of business traveling and my experience at this hotel was very very poor."
